Annual sales meet held by Bodycare Creations at Karnal, Haryana

Established in 1992, Bodycare Creations Limited has been in the market for the past 27 years and has created a significant mark in the innerwear industry all over India and overseas. The brand has been accepted very well in the market for their in-trend designs, unmatched comfort, perfect sizing and quality of materials. The brand perfectly understands the needs of today’s women in terms of style, comfort and silhouette.

After the success of Bodycare, the company wants to repeat a similar success story with their other two brands BodyX and Bodyactive. BodyX is a flagship brand of Bodycare Creations which caters to innerwear need of today’s men whereas Bodyactive primarily is an activewear brand for men and women.

The company has also carried out few endorsements with celebrities to attract more customers and maintain their brand image. Recently, they tied up with Indian Cricket star Hardik Pandya as their brand ambassador to promote their men innerwear brand BodyX. According to the company, the endorsement really helped the brand to reach the new scale and has provided for the desired visibility.

This Decemner, Bodycare conducted their Annual Sales Meet for its distributors and sales team of North India to celebrate the stupendous success of their brands BodyX and Bodyactive. A total of 110 distributors and 50 sales team members attended the sales meet which was held in Karnal, Haryana. The distributors were all from the northern sales territory including Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Himachal, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand and Chandigarh.

The meeting was conducted and led by the company’s MD, Mr Sanjay Dawar along with Business Head, Mr HK Jaiswal. The agenda of meeting was to discuss the Sales achievement for the year 2019, rewards and recognition and to set the goals for the coming financial year.

According to a spokesperson, discussion was held on how to further increase the brand presence and reach in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. The company is planning to appoint more retailers who will help them in going deep into the local/rural markets, thus adding more number of customers to their existing huge customer base. Eventually these new customers will be introduced to the main brand Bodycare.

“This event has helped us to bring everyone together on a platform where we mutually understand businesses dynamics and can now plan better on how to grow our businesses together in a sustained manner. This definitely will reflect on the sale figures in the coming months,” said another executive present at the meet.

After planning and setting goals for the upcoming sales year, the event was concluded with an award ceremony. Rewards and recognition means encouragement for the team both internal and external. It helps in pulling up teams’ morale and brings in a positive feel about the brand and a sense of security for the team including distributors.

All the top performing distributors from each state and Sales Team Members were awarded and recognised for their efforts and support in taking brands to a new height.
