The woven elastic specialist, Dali Elastic, made the most of Interfilière Paris to unveil a remarkable new range of four planet-friendly woven elastics: Eco Elastic Organic Cotton, with 74.2% biodegradable organic cotton is GOTS-certified and free of toxic chemical dyes. It comes in a single colourway – natural ecru – and is designed mainly for the intimates, yogawear, activewear and homewear markets. These are also the markets targeted by the three other new products: Eco Elastic Tencel™ Modal, a blend of fibres featuring over 60% Modal for softness and strength, in addition to high-performance absorption and moisture-management. With 54% Tencel, Eco Elastic Tencel™ Lyocell offers enhanced comfort, hand-feel and breathability. Eco Elastic Recycled Polyester is created using fibres recycled from bottles: it offers the same qualities as virgin polyester, as well as a reduced environmental impact.

Established in 1993, Dali Elastic runs a production site spanning 5,000m² in Jingjiang. The company boasts over 140 jacquard weaving and crochet machines, imported from Switzerland and Italy. Its laboratory, featuring state-of-the-art equipment, and cutting-edge R&D department enable it to offer high-performance and innovative products.
