Lascivious’ SS17 collections are inspired by nudity and a thought process about modesty, decency, confidence and sexual expression. There is something incredibly arousing about covering something up, coupled with the nakedness it offers by being completely sheer – it was a concept we wanted to explore with this collection. We collaborated with latex designer William Wilde to create a skin-tight latex body with this in mind, giving the sensation of being naked and covered up all at once. The season also features our Lila collection in 3 different ‘nudes’ for a variety of skin tones. Lila exudes sex appeal and creates the perfect silhouette for play, created to frame and highlight the body with mesh and sinuous layers of gathered tulle. In addition, the Ellie collection for SS17 features a range of beautiful nudes in sheer fabric and classically sexy 70’s inspired shapes, with triangular and diamond shaped cut-out detailing. Finally our Wanda Suspender has lines of tassels, which flow up and around the body for a sensuous treat and has been created in three tones of gold for the season.
