Floret’s Annual Distributor Meet 2018 was held from the 25th to 30th January, 2018. As promised in the Annual Distributor Meet 2017, they offered their distributors an overseas experience to the beautiful Southeast Asian country of Thailand. Over 136 distributors, including Mr Pankaj Jain (MD) and the entire Floret team attended the tour. Distributors from all over India from different states and cities attended the event as well. They started their journey to Pattaya on the 25th evening.
They stayed at A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel, located at North Pattaya Beach Road. The hotel, a 4-star property, strategically situated on the beachfront of the golden coast of Pattaya, offered a plethora of facilities and the most friendly and efficient service. Exquisitely decorated in contemporary style, the rooms were comfortable with basic amenities and also had private balconies. The guests could also continue with their fitness routine in the hotel’s fully-equipped gym and indoor pool. For a relaxing experience, the hotel’s spa and massage facilities ensured that guests were refreshed and invigorated for another day of activity. Besides, a wide range of options serving Western and Asian cuisines were available for the guests at the hotel’s restaurants.
On the first day, Floret had organised an Alcazar show for their distributors. Pattaya is known for its exquisite stage shows and the Alcazar cabaret is one of its best. This elaborate theatre show features extravagant sets and an incredible (and large) cast of costumed transvestite dancers, as well as a light and sound show that’s simply jaw-dropping.

On the second day, the company held their conference where they launched new schemes and plans for the coming year. They also launched new products in their already running ‘Pep Up’ collection. The products include premium bras, sports bras, padded sports bras, and plus size padded sports bras that are available in BCDE cup sizes.

Lucky Draw Contest: Floret had issued coupons to the distributors on their booking at the Annual Distributor Meet 2017. Based on that, a lucky draw contest was held at this meet. The prices were—one Renault KWID, two Honda Activas, two 8 gram gold coins, five Samsung Galaxy Tabs, five Samsung Galaxy J2 phones, and six Induction Cooktops.
Deepa Agencies from Hyderabad won the first prize of (Renault KWID) while the second price (Honda Activa) was awarded to Drishti Creations, Delhi and Care Marketing, Bangalore . Sumit Agencies, Delhi and Drishti Creations, Delhi won the 8 gram gold coins as well.
The lucky draw contest will also be held at the 2019 Distributor Meet and the first prize then would be a stunning stylish car. The distributors were excited and motivated with the announcement of this first prize.

Mr PUNEET GROVER, Brand Head says, “The main motive behind the tour was to interact with all our distributors. We have a very widely spread network of distributors and retailers. It is difficult to have one-to-one interaction with every one. Interaction is very necessary to build up healthy relations with the distributors. Success depends on togetherness. Great things in business are never done by one person, they are done by a team of people and we are a family. Everyone enjoyed a lot and was really motivated.”

On the third day they visited Coral Island, the biggest island off the coast of Pattaya on the Gulf of Thailand. Coral reefs, endless skies, clear blue waters, white sandy beaches, mountainous terrain, and rocky outcrops are just some enthralling sights to be revelled in at KohLarn or Coral Island. The distributors engaged in several fun activities here such as snorkelling, parasailing, sea walking, jet skiing, and a ride in a banana boat.
It was followed by a Gala dinner at Cyclone Club. The Cyclone Club is one of the best kept secrets in Pattaya City, a hidden gem so to speak. They danced the night away to a great selection of fusion music, hip-hop, Bollywood, and much more.

The fourth day was kept free for the distributors to explore the place and indulge in a shopping spree at Bangkok.
Most distributors remarked that they had a wonderful experience and looked forward and were excited for the next trip.
