Lifestyle lingerie brand Uncommon Sense introduced by RTW Retailwinds

Previously known as New York & Company, RTW Retailwinds, the omni-channel retail platform, recently launched its digital-first lingerie lifestyle brand Uncommon Sense. A collection of swimwear, sleepwear, bras, and panties. The focus of the brand is on comfort fused with luxury for this new line.

Led by the brand’s President, Pam Rice, the label launched at uncommonsense.com and is so designed as to resolve the problem of women when it comes to comfort and long-term wearability when it comes to lingerie and leisurewear.

Besides the debut collection, there will also be supporting stories alongside the products with an editorial platform namely, ‘Stories by Us’. This will document features on wellness, health, style, and travel to enhance the brand’s lifestyle projection.

Greg Scott, Chief Executive Officer said that they were at a defining moment in their corporate reinvention and that the recent launches of the two digitally native labels reflect their team’s ability to cash on their competitive assets. The company also had the advantage of infrastructure across design, digital, customer, and operations to develop and bring to market brands that address specific whitespace competitive opportunities, he further added.
