The company was formed in 1886 in Germany as a corset manufacturer. The name was later changed to Triumph inspired by the famous landmark in Paris –the Arc-de-Triomphe.

Triumph store was opened in October 2010 in Chennai at Whites Road, Royapettah, in Chennai, branches off from Anna Salai, Chennai’s arterial road near National Insurance Company after Thousand Lights Mosque and reaches up to Royapettah Clock Tower near Wesley Church. Chennai’s famous Express Avenue shopping mall is located on this road. The street is contagious and stimulating.

The store is modeled on the lines of other Triumph international stores across the globe.

It is a single floor store with plinth area of approx 1100 sq. ft: The uber chic Triumph store spread over an area of almost 1654.54 sq.ft. built up.

Inside the Triumph Store : Triumph’s Store planning and design has consistently been at the top of their list of things retailers need to do well in order to have a successful store. Having an international presence. The main large glass center store entrance which leads you directly into the lingerie store showcases a decorative outlook with two collections. On the left you have mannequins wearing the invisible collection and on the right mannequins wearing the butterfly effect range. The environment inside the store attracts customers, entices them to spend time in the store.

The stores interior elements; walls, flooring, primary and accent colors, fixturing etc work together to tell a single story. It’s like an art galleria for lingerie. Custom clean cut furniture curates the retail space.

Global Guidelines :

In keeping with the global brand guidelines, they have used the colours of red and white in their store. Primary colors are used in 80 percent of the store’s décor to create a relaxed atmosphere for customers to shop with a pop of red as an accent color to grab some attention. The wooden floors are shiny and clean creating an earthy feel. The store light fixtures falls on each product giving you a clear sight of what Triumph has in- store. Products are hung neatly in accordance to size, color and collection. Every design is amazingly perfect. Every collection is the best one yet.

A true reflection of the Triumph Brand personality, the concept stores have been designed to create a warm, feminine, authentic and engaging environment where consumers can breathe in the craftsmanship and European heritage of the brand.

Trained Personnel :

The new store is all about communicating Triumph’s heritage, craftsmanship and expertise to consumers, and combines an extensive product range with an enhanced fitting service to deliver ‘the most genuine experience of the brand’.

They have 3 female staff members uniformly dressed with name tags. Each of the attentive sales professionals is fully trained to provide an expert fit consultation. With their guidance, customers are discretely guided to the products in Triumph’s range that best suit their shape to find the perfect products along with the perfect fit.

Triumph doesn’t have a designated cashier, any of their staff is trained to handle the check-out. They accept all credit and debit cards.

Triumph has 2 spacious trial rooms with large mirrors and seating arrangement to provide a relaxing and comfortable environment.

The Triumph Range :

Shoppers will be treated to some exclusive styles in addition to Triumph’s seasonal collections, and the store is designed to offer a personalized shopping experience. The Dress Up area features eye-catching styles and the latest collections, while the Dress Down area showcases more everyday products.

Their products cater to every age group and lifestyle of the Indian woman. Starting from beginner’s bra with the ‘Tweenage Bra’ collection to full support bras for the mature audience and from sport bras and maternity bras to shapewear, they have it all! They have bras, briefs and shapewear products catering to the following segments: Comfort, Every day / Invisible, Maternity, Mature, Modern, Shape, Sports, Support

They also have a special imported European collection which features specially crafted products straight from their international range.

The price ranges for Bras- INR 599-1599, Briefs- INR 249-599, Shapewear- INR 1499-3999, Exclusive European Collection- INR 2499-4999

As of now Triumph has no immediate plans for opening new exclusive brand outlets. But they are expanding to more and more retailers and large format stores.

Triumph has EOSS (End of season sale) twice a year. Apart from this, they regularly hold promotions during new product launches and festive season. Triumph doesn’t have any coupon activities.

Purchases are not refundable but can be exchanged within 7 days with the original purchase invoice (conditions apply*). For hygiene reasons, they don’t accept exchange of briefs
