Just as the divine charm Deepika Padukone launches her personal brand ‘All About You’ in collaboration with Myntra, the heart throb of B-town Ranveer Singh teams up with Adidas to fulfil his bashing and glamorous creed. Adidas has officially roped in Ranveer Singh with his high zest to be the face of Adidas Originals, in India. The actor is absolutely thrilled about his collaboration and stated “I am totally stoked to represent a brand that I grew up loving and has been a big part of my life. I still own the first pair of superstar sneakers that I bought during my college days and have only gone on to collect more.”
Address the pride of the project, the actor comments “While I get to be the face of the brand in India, it’s the brand that truly represents me. In one word, it is unique. It doesn’t need to try hard to stand out, it’s backed by a great heritage that is inspired by sport and has evolved over time”. “It’s a matter of immense pride for me to be the face of adidas Originals in India – a truly global brand whose style heritage and legacy of cool shines above all,” he added.
The Managing Director of Adidas Group, India, Mr.Dave Thomas justifies Ranveer are the perfect man to endorse the brand as he “embodies the Adidas Original brand in every sense”. “He is not just an entertainer, his creativity, individuality and ability to express himself is like no other. This relationship has been sparked by the immense love Ranveer has for Adidas Originals. He has been often spotted, sporting the trefoil and the three stripes, now you will see a lot more of that in the coming future,” Thomas added. They will start the partnership with the launch of the first Adidas brand centre in the country, at Indra Nagar, Bengaluru.
