ThirdLove, an online lingerie brand recently marked its presence on the offline platform as well. The brand inaugurated its first offline store on July 24 in Manhattan SoHo district, New York.
Earlier, the brand has been quite successful through their pop-up shops and also has been a huge hit online. The store has real life bra fitting with its ‘Fit Stylists’ and all of the brand’s 78 sizes. This is an extension of the brand’s online ‘Fit Finder’ questionnaire, designed to find the right bra size for the customer through proprietary algorithms.
More than 60 per cent of the 1000 sq ft store is dedicated to fitting rooms. The store’s fitting rooms are constructed in a different manner with drawers in the back where sales associates can directly slide the garment through to the customer without walking in.
Heidi Zak, co-founder and co-CEO of ThirdLove says that this retail space will give them a chance to serve their customers in real life, learning what women want from an in-store bra fitting experience.
