Create high-quality products in fashion – and from waste?

A crazy idea? Not at all! Bring quality, trendiness and a sense of responsibility towards the environment with each other, that is the goal of KUNERT BLUE collection.

KUNERT a significant player in the legwear-sector, is switching to the “Green Window” format to better promote their sustainable approach. This novel and unique stocking products make a sustainable contribution to environmental protection and the elimination of recyclable materials from the world’s oceans.

The goal of the project BLUE KUNERT is to combine quality, understanding of contemporary trends and a sense of responsibility towards the environment. The innovative collection had already been presented at the Green Tec Awards in Munich on May 29 this year. The collection, which includes three types of transparent tights (15 DEN, 30 DEN and fashionable net), is presented in 8 different colours. Prices for the products will range from 16 to 18 euros.

KUNERT specialists, promoting the idea of “green” production is relying on yarn from ECONYL®, made from 100% recycled “waste” – fishing nets and other nylon recyclable. Paper for packaging made at Gmund, which was the first paper mill, which established a unique environmental standard (Environmental Charter). Printing on the packaging carries ScholerDruck&Medien FSC® – C106855, having a certificate from ClimatePartner®. Also, a new standard product delivery process has been developed, taking into account respect for the environment.

KUNERT BLUE collection also has a motto saying ‘Fashion that respects the circle of life’.
