Candour London launches in India to give women a treat of style & colour

In an evening of glitz glamour and high fashion, Candour London has recently launched its first ever premium and international styled lingerie collection created for the young urban Indian woman with its well crafted and fashionable lingerie & night wear collection which is comfortable yet stylish, extremely high end yet well priced and accessible to all.

Speaking on the occasion, GrishmaPatil, founder of Candour London said “On my return to India, I realized that lingerie shopping here was monotonous and lacked the variety which is seen internationally and also connect to the youth missing. With the desire to fill this gap, Candour London was born.

Candour’s  brand philosophy is ready to fill this gap and by making women feel beautiful on the inside. Speaking about the business model and the way ahead, Venkatesh Rajamani, CEO, Candour London mentioned, “Available in only three sizes – 32, 34 & 36, candour is ready to exist way ahead of the conventional methodologies of a lingerie brand. We are more keen to build their own space and be known as the ‘new’.”

And as Mr. Rajamani clearly told during the launch, that they are only available within a niche size bracket and does not want to stretch to suit everybody’s need and in case you have the demand for a different size, you can easily go to their competitors. Candour is honest and candid, true to its name and the bold carefree ways of the brand also extends towards its business practices, as they are swipe out seasonality from their brand existence and are rather gearing up to offer new collections every two months.

With a strong youth connect, Candour targets the youth in the age bracket of 25-30 and is completely open to follow a 360 degree marketing approach to reach the women of today in her comfort space.

The launch of Candour London at Hotel Taj Lands End, Mumbai had the best of retailers and distributors across India, representatives from leading well known online fashion portals, Shoppers Stop & other multi retail outlets who witnessed the launch collection and appreciated the hard work, quality and International design created for the Indian market. The celebrity attendance for the evening was also quite charming as the likes of Alecia Raut, Eijaz Khan, Sushant Digvikar. The celebs had only one word for the Candour collection ‘HOT’.

Candour London will be creating a digital awareness campaign on selecting a perfect bra and improving your health and lifestyle.They will guide girls to calculate their chest and cup measurements in the privacy of their own room at home.
