DuPont recently collaborated with Lenzing to introduce a new fabrics collection derived from natural materials. In this collaboration, DuPont Sorona fibres and Tencel Lyocell and Tencel Modal fibres from Lenzing will be blended together to create fabrics that will give softer garments, resilience in stretch, recovery and dimensional stability.

The blend of these fibres creates range of constructions, colours and weights. The collection consists of stretch fabrics, which are spandex free and offers perfect comfort stretch performance even when exposed to heat, UV rays or chlorine.

The versatile fabrics collection includes various blends of fibres suitable for various applications. For intimate apparel, the collection offers soft knitted blends of Tencel Modal fibres and Sorona fibres that provides long lasting luxurious softness and cosy comfort. For activewear, it offers knitted fabrics made by blending Tencel Lyocell and Modal fibres together with Sorona fibres that can keep you fresh and dry even during your intense workout sessions. For Ready-to-wear, Tencel Lyocell and Modal fibres and Sorona fibres combines to form a woven collection that provides natural comfort, softness, colour performance, moisture management, stretch, recovery, and dimensional stability.
