E-commerce giant Flipkart has joined hands with The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) to help MSMEs to grow their business.
Under this collaboration, they have started a series of workshop across India on the theme of “Winning big with e-commerce”. Through these workshops, MSMEs can gain knowledge on how to expand beyond their physical brick and mortar presence to pan India customer base of over 200 million.
In these workshops, Flipkart representatives are covering topics such as e-commerce specific accounting and taxation issues, access to capital, how to identify new opportunities, the importance of brand building online, how to build and scale their brands and supply chain management and inventory planning for e-commerce. The company aims to host 10 such events across cities such as Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Nagpur and more.
