Ex Myntra chief operating officer Ganesh Subramanian is taking a shot at entrepreneurship with Stylumia Intelligence Technology, a data-driven technology firm he has set up to analyse fashion trends.

The company is headed by Subramanian along with entrepreneur Ram Prakash H. Subramanian quit Myntra in September this year and was working on an algorithm to identify fashion trends. In his four-year stint at Myntra, he held the posts of CMO, COO and head of new initiatives. Subramanian has worked at Walmart and Reliance Retail.

Stylumia, which was incorporated this month, will help companies prepare the next season’s collection based on evaluation of consumer behaviour. The company aims to help fashion and lifestyle businesses take decisions on the basis of data mined from user behavior and social media activity, among other tools.
