H&M’s Second Treat to India

The clothing icon of Sweden – H&M is ever popular for its finest and sustainable apparel fashion across the globe. This year, India too rolled out its carpet in grandeur to welcome the brand onboard as it planted it’s  25,000 sq. feet outlet in New Delhi’s Select Citywalk Mall. The brand promised to open 50 stores in India in  next five year to serve the vast Indian population. Keeping words, H&M is all ready up with its second store in s Ambience, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi which opened its doors on 7th November 2015. The new store is spread across 3 levels and over 28,000 square feet, as per a company press release. “We are thrilled to be launching our second store today, right at the onset of Diwali. We look forward to welcoming customers who are looking for new fashion inspirations this festive season – for their own wardrobes or to gift to friends and family,” said Janne Einola, country manager, H&M India.

The opening was greeted by 500 H&M brand lovers. The first seven customers in queue were rewarded with gift cards of Rs 7,000 each, followed by the next 300 receiving gift cards of Rs 700 each and a limited edition H&M India tote bag. As far the collection, it represented the brand’s timeless classics as well as latest trends offered in wide selection of apparel and accessories at economical prices for men, women and children. The store launches the Holiday Campaign, starring Katy Perry, this December. H&M’s next stores are anticipated in Bangalore, Gurgaon and Mumbai in 2016.
