Indorama Industries Limited, producers of INVIYA ® spandex fibre has recently unveiled a mobile app to further enhance the growing list of customer services that the brand offers. Designed with an extremely easy interface, the INVIYA ® app delivers an excellent customer experience.
Spandex consumption rate has been undergoing a smooth growth of an average of over 12% while Smartphone growth rate averages to a 15% growth in the past 4 years, which is globally the highest and this trend is expected to continue due to younger population in country and government’s initiative for digital India.
With India at cusp of digital revolution, INVIYA®, India’s premium elastomeric fibre, publicly launched their mobile application for Android at the Fibre’s and Yarn’s Expo, Mumbai this April. The app was launched by the Father-Son duo, Pawan Poddar, Jt Managing Director Siyaram Silk Milks Ltd and Avinash Poddar.
After a long period of research and testing, IIL developed this product fully loaded with features, enabling its end users like fabric experts, spinning and knitting professionals, sourcing professionals, fashion designers and marketing experts across the value chain gain maximum benefits. It was tested across the value chain and textile colleges in the month of March, where in 90% surveyed found it engaging and user-friendly with more than 75% saying they would recommend it to friends and colleagues. The app is available for easy download at the Google Play Store.
