Mumbai based lingerie and nightwear brand Red Rose arranged another one of its trademark overseas trip and this time the Red Rose family boarded a spectacular cruise for a tour to Singapore. The trip was undertaken under a target scheme given to their retail clients.
Red Rose started such trips five years ago and after getting an overwhelming response from their clients, they have continued with the trips with one overseas trip every year. When asked about the purpose of the trip help, Mr Monal Vora, Director, Red Rose told LnL, “Our client are an integral part of our Red Rose family. We organise such trips every year so that our clients can get some break from their hectic work schedules and get to spend some leisure time with the team.”
The five day trip held from 15- 20 September 2019 was attended by 45 people including clients from different parts of India like Surat, Bharuch, Indore, Chennai, Nagpur, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Ahmedabad, Raipur, Anand, Gandhinagar, etc. All the clients came back with happy memories of the trip and a promise from Red Rose directors to continue with such amazing trips in the future too.
The five day trip to Singapore was filled with fun and exciting activities such as rafting, night safari, along with a city tour and visits to many famous sites in Singapore such as Sentosa Island, Madame Tussauds, Aquarium and Universal Studios.
Sentosa Island is an island resort off Singapore’s southern coast, connected to the city by road, cable car, pedestrian boardwalk and monorail. The team enjoyed the cable car ride to the island with fun and exciting visits to the famous and glamorous wax museum Madame Tussauds, S.E.A Aquarium featuring 800 species of marine life and Universal Studios theme park.
Overall, the five day trip proved to be a great success with lots of fun memories to take home for the clients. “We make sure that the trips that we consistently organise for our clients are well planned and taken care of as it is a double edged sword. One badly planned trip can spoil the mood of your valued clients. So, we personally try to be involved in the planning and also join the trip if possible,” said MrVora.
Telling us about the impact of the trip on the business, MrVora said, “We are very happy with the trip and can see the positive impact that it has made on our business. Through this trip, we were able to motivate our clients to complete the targets and schemes and also build better relations between the directors and the clients.”
