Launched in 2009, Face & Figure, is known for stocking many styles from A to Z.
The company is run by three partners; Prince Joseph, Anwar E A, and Rajan T S who started their career off as engineers before entering the innerwear industry. Located in Oberoi Mall Shopping Mall, Ernakulam. This is a very good location and the mall is one of the main attractions in the area. Face & Figure covers one floor and the total area of the store is around 740 sq feet.
The decor is modest with white and brown undertones. The store walls are white washed and ceiling uses led simple square low profile ceiling light. The store is clean and well lit. Moderate space to move around and browse through the products.
Products are stacked categorically and neatly. One trial room to change making it more convenient to try and test out a product. Woodwork cabinets with glass shelves allow you to browse through the lingerie samples with the help of a staff member at your service.
They have six staff members in total dressed in casual clothing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help customers throughout their entire shopping process. Face and Figure is a reputed firm, Supplier of Ladies Undergarments, Ladies Wear and Men’s Briefs. The garments that they offer are from best quality fabrics to ensure smooth texture and strength. These garments are available in various colors, sizes, types and designs to cater to the taste of a large Brands available in India.

Ladies Products : Bra – Padded , Underwired Patterns, Sports Bra , Panty, Bra Panty Sets, Thermal Wears and Shape Wears.
Gents Products : Brief , Vest, Shorts, Tracksuit, T – Shirts, Socks, Handkerchief, and Thermal Wears.
Ladies Brands include : Jockey, Laavian, Enamor, Bwitch, Lovable, Amante, Juliet, Smilzo,Trylo, And Sonari.
Mens Brands Include : Jockey, Chromozome, Levis, Zoiro, And Hanes. Kids: Blossom and Jockey.
Swimwear brands – Lobster.
The price range of each product category varies and is listed below. Bra- Rs.200 to Rs.1500, Nightwear- Rs. 700 to Rs. 2500 and Panties- Rs.300 to Rs. 1000.
Prince Joseph says, “Customers are looking for a variety of brands and today’s customers are very brand conscious. Our customers feed back and need is very important to us and so we stock our brands based on customers demand. Amante, Enamor, Juliet, Sonari are our top selling brands. For the future we are planning to expand our companies horizons and we want to expand our stores and launch a new store which is bigger in size where the customers can have a wider range of selection.”
Payment via debit/ credit is accepted making the checkout process faster and more efficient for the customer. Products can be exchanged if the customer is not happy or satisfied with the fit.
A few products can be exchanged on conditions applied where as products such as panties will not be exchanged due to hygienic issues. Products will not be refunded. The overall concept “has a very direct influence of their style.
