Striking colours and fun prints is what PrettySecrets is known for…and with a wide range on offer, it caters to all segments and meets every age group’s lingerie demands. Recently, this lingerie brand opened another new outlet at tony Kemps Corner in Mumbai. Here’s what’s on offer at the store…
Speaking about the location and the demand for lingerie, Mr Karan Behal, CEO and Founder, PrettySecrets says, “The store is situated at one of the most premium locations in Mumbai with a 40-ft frontage and prominent visibility. It would cater to the untapped South Mumbai market. We have realised that the market has immense potential and the clientele is different from the existing PrettySecrets’ TG. People have higher disposable income compared to our other markets, hence the chances of converting a higher sale is quite promising.”
Spread across 450 sq ft, the new store has a staff strength of three people and the store décor is pleasing to the eyes with soft pink and white colours. “We have done certain modifications in store signage/trial room etc., considering Kemps corner being one of our most premium stores. We have ensured that the space is optimised to the fullest and all categories can be displayed. Hence, with adequate product holding, the chances of any opportunity loss is minimum,” further explains Mr Behal.
Also, the products have been neatly arranged and displayed in a proper manner, offering ease to the customers. “PrettySecrets caters to bras, panties, nightwear, and swimwear. Separate sections have been created with clear bifurcation for each category. Bras and panties are broken down accordingly to fit, material, collection and usage. Nightwear and swimwear are segregated on the basis of patterns,” explains Mr Behal.
The brand has high expectations from the new store, Mr Behal elaborates, “We expect, to make it a pure success story in terms of commercials with right product mix and by tapping to the premium clientele. With the store, we wish to change the mindset to switch to an India brand as currently, the Indian lingerie market is dominated by many international players.” Also, The new store, as it’s located in an upmarket locality in South Mumbai, will operate as one of the main stores as well. “The store is to run under zero tolerance and should be treated as one of the FLAGSHIP stores of the brand. Kemps Corner will have the best people and the best products all the time,” adds Mr Behal.
With this new store, PrettySecrets adds one more to its bouquet of 24 outlets across the country and plans to launch 100 more by the end of 2019 and 250 by end of 2020.
