Fashion focused e tailer Myntra has roped in Ananya Tripathi to head strategy and planning from consultancy major McKinsey, adding to the list of exodus of talent to the start up ecosystem in the country. In fact, Myntra had hired its new CEO Ananath Narayanan also from McKinsey—India’s largest and one of the most respected consulting firm.
Tripathi will be heading strategy & planning at Myntra as senior vice president with a focus on framing the company’s business approach, planning and investments (organic and inorganic) based on deep understanding of consumer behaviour, evolving landscape of e-commerce and data backed insights across all business areas
She has over a decade of experience in strategy, operations and technology . Prior to Myntra Tripathi was an associate partner at McKinsey in Mumbai and a software engineer at TCS. Tripathi also holds a gold medalist of her computer engineering and MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
